Team Administration Submission Requirement

All teams are required to submit their "Award Team Contact" by the first day of competition for any awards that they may win at the Formula competition in which they are attending.

Teams that are located within the United States or Canada will need to submit a PDF document with who the award check needs to be made payable to and the address where it needs to be sent.

Teams residing outside of the United States or Canada will need to submit a wire transfer and provide the following information in a PDF document:
Bank Name:
Bank Address:
ABA#:
Swift Code:
Sort Code:
IBAN or Account #:
