Lincoln Airport (LNK) - Best Option
- Address: 2400 W Adams St, Lincoln, NE 68524
- Hotel will provide shuttle service for all participants.
- No rental car required however rental car companies are located on the Level 1 of the terminal.
Eppley Field Airport (OMA)
- Address: 4501 Abbott Dr, Omaha, NE 68110
- Rental car will be required as this airport is 50+ miles from Lincoln, NE. Rental car counters are located in the Customer Service Building.

- Hors d'oeuvres will be provided at the Networking Reception.
- Location: The Lincoln Marriott Cornhusker Hotel in Grand Ballroom.
- SAE plans to offer Meat, Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten-Free meal options. For those with serious food allergies, we advise coming prepared with your own food or exploring the hotel’s restaurant and café offerings to ensure your needs are fully met.
Parking
Hotel Parking. The City of Lincoln owns and manages two adjacent covered parking garages near hotel. Current parking charges are free for first hour and then $1.50 an hour up to $13.50 for overnight parking. (Garage pricing and hours of operation are subject to change.)
Registration
Workshop Rules
• Access will only be granted to attendees registered on Fast Track Roster.
• Relaxed dress code during workshop sessions.
• Alcohol or Firearms are not permitted on the property.
• Smoking is prohibited except in designated areas.
• Attendees are allowed in designated areas only used for the workshop. You cannot wander off on your own.
• EV workshop attendees badge must always be worn and displayed.
