While in attendance at Formula SAE in May, students from the University of Texas, Arlington were taking tire temperature data with teams’ permissions after completing the Autocross Event. It is being shared with teams generally to increase awareness of tire temperatures, albeit from a single competition/event, and for educational purposes. The Formula SAE (May) Design Judges and SAE staff would like to extend a thank you to the University of Texas, Arlington team members for their work to record and publish this information; and hope it serves the greater FSAE community.
