Every year, Formula SAE brings together 350–450 industry professionals to volunteer in a variety of roles. As a Formula SAE Volunteer, your time and expertise make a meaningful impact, directly supporting the competition and thousands of talented student participants. It’s a rewarding way to experience the excitement of the event while contributing to its success!

What to Expect for 2025:
Location: Both competitions will take place in Brooklyn, Michigan.
Formula SAE (May): Fully booked with 120 combustion class teams, and 12 teams currently on the waitlist.
Formula SAE Electric (June): Expanded to 100 electric class teams, with registration sold out and 6 teams on the waitlist.
