January 21, 2025, tenatively scheduled from 9 AM - 4 PM Eastern.
What is it?
Your chance to virtually highlight your efforts and connect with a professional audience that directly supports SAE programs! While Fueling the Future is not designed specifically for student teams, this unique booth opportunity allows teams to showcase their achievements to an audience that can benefit your future endeavors. By participating, your team can network with industry representatives, inspire alumni and volunteers, and even attract potential sponsorships or support for your team.

- Booth Expectations:
- Each team will "build" & staff their booth with 2-3 individuals for a 2 hour block during the event.
- Be prepared to answer questions from event attendees about your collegiate engineering project.
- We’re offering this opportunity to the first 8 teams who respond, with the intent of balancing representation each series.
- How to Apply:
Email us at [email protected] by no later than January 8th with the following details:
- Include in your email your university name, team name and 2025 competitions(s) that you are registered for.
- Your team's availability on January 21st between 9-4 AM Eastern.
- A primary team contact name and email address for coordination.

Unable to Host a Booth? No Problem – Join Our Impact Contest!
Share what SAE University Programs means to you or your team by posting a short video on your personal or team Instagram and/or TikTok account. Use the hashtag #SAEfuelingthefuture and tag @SAE_UniversityPrograms for a chance to win a gift card or an exclusive onsite experience at your upcoming event!
The Rules:
- Must be posted on Instagram and/or Tiktok
- Video length should be 1-2 minutes in length
- Video should highlight/outline the impact that SAE University Programs has had on you, your team, your future career, etc.
- Must be uploaded to social media by no later than January 8th
- Must include the hashtag #SAEfuelingthefuture and tag @SAE_UniversityPrograms
The Prizes:
- SAE Staff will be voting internally on our top 3 video submissions and will announce the winners by Friday the 13th.
- To the top 3 winners we will be offered a choice of $50 Amazon Gift Card, SAE Swag Surprise Box or an onsite team breakfast delivered to your paddock at 1 (one) registered 2025 event of your choosing.
- All submitted impact contest videos will be edited into a larger highlight video with intent to share at our Fueling the Future event on January 21st - so even if you aren't a lucky winner of a top three finalist video, you still have the chance to spotlight the impact our programming has had on you and your team.
