SAE has published the new Energy Meter User Manual for student team review. The manual will provide installation guidelines to make sure your setup meets all requirements.
This new energy meter for the 2025 competition season is designed to streamline data collection and enhance your performance insights. The energy meter will broadcast CAN data which the teams can optionally use. At the competition, teams will be responsible for downloading and verifying their data at the new download stations, which will be available onsite in key locations during the 2025 competition.
