Big changes ahead for the 2026 Formula SAE season! Formula SAE teams will face a new twist: the Presentation and Cost & Manufacturing Events are separate competitions, but they share a single core challenge. Teams will navigate both the Presentation and the Cost Scenario discussion around the suspension subsystem, showing off creativity, strategy, and smart engineering—all with one unified approach.

More details are available in the newly released 2026 FSAE Integrated Presentation Concept and Cost Scenario document, located under each event area on the Series Resources page. The Cost team has also published a 2026 FSAE RFQ Summary Example to assist teams in preparation. The Presentation Scoring Rubric will be released next week, and the Cost Scenario Rubric is expected by the end of the year or the first week of January.
