Access Links Sent!
Your team's unique access link has been emailed to your primary team contact that you indicated on your presenter form. Your primary team contact is the ONLY person on your team who has received this link.
Please reach out to the individual marked as primary team contact on your presenter form to obtain the login link for Friday. If you are the primary contact, please distribute the link to your presenters.
Important Notes for Tomorrow:
You MUST create an account at www.hopin.com and then sign up for the event at https://hopin.com/events/fsae-may-business-presentation. Make sure when creating your account that you use the same email address and exact name that your team lead provided in the Presenter Form submission.
On day of presentation use the link we are referencing to navigate to the room. DO NOT navigate from within the site, use the specific link that was sent to your team's primary contact.
Presentations will be recorded and shared with your team (by request). HOWEVER, they will not be distributed until after Presentation Finals onsite.
