All teams participating in May and June 2022 competitions are required to submit an SES document by January 10, 2022.

Internal Combustion teams electing to operate an electronic throttle in May and June 2022 competitions are required to submit an ETC FMEA document by January 10, 2022.

These required submissions must be reviewed and approved prior to team attending technical inspection onsite at competition. No team will participate unless these documents are submitted for review. Review of these documents ensure all team designs are safe and comply with the intent of the competition rules.

Initial deadline for both document submissions is January 10, 2022. Teams have ability to submit late up to January 15, 2022. Penalty points will be applied daily.

Document reviews have already started for teams who submitted early. Student teams are encouraged to submit earlier than the deadline.
