The 2024 competition season may be over but SAE and our key volunteers are hard at work finalizing the design and function for the new energy meters being introduced in the 2025 competition season. A prototype was available for teams to see at EV Tech this year; however due to requests for information on the new energy meter integration, SAE is making a document available for teams to review. More and exact details will be provided in the future. This document provides general, preliminary information to allow teams to begin their initial design work and planning.
