Formula SAE is recruiting alumni, past and current volunteers, and sponsor representatives to help evaluate Sponsorship Proposal Requests and Virtual Presentations for the 2026 season, supporting the IC, EV, or both events.

This year, the Presentation Concept and Cost Scenario components have been integrated around a common item—the suspension subsystem aligning the challenge with real industry practices. Student teams will submit a Sponsorship Proposal Request, which volunteers will evaluate using a defined rubric and provide constructive, educational feedback. Top teams will advance to Round 2 to deliver a ten-minute sales pitch in a virtual setting to the same defined audience, where volunteers will also score and provide feedback.

For those able to participate prior to competition and onsite, this is a unique opportunity to see how the integrated format connects Presentation and Cost. Volunteers can use insights gained from the Presentation Event to assist with Cost Scenario judging onsite, as the same teams will submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) aligned with the suspension subsystem concept.
