Know Before You Go session
A live presentation with ability to participate in Q&A will be hosted Friday, May 9th starting at 3PM EST. Team Leaders should plan to attend or at least designate one team member. Cost Static Schedule Revision Now Available
The Cost schedule has been updated to correct an error in the sorted lists; all teams should recheck the schedule and verify their scheduled time slot. Errors were in the 11:30am and 1:00pm blocks. Teams will not be permitted to reschedule and will receive 0 points if they miss their Cost appointment.
Additionally, the Cost Captains would like to remind teams to bring a printed, single page summary of their scenario response to their appointments on event day per the prompt and rubric posted on FSAEonline.
Information regarding onsite operations, schedules, event descriptions and event site layouts have all been updated for next week and are available for viewing from the FSAE Mobile App or Competition Resources on www.fsaeonline.com
Tech Order Number Now Available
The Tech Order Number is now available online in the Student Handbook next to the Technical Inspection Event Description. Teams will be given their tech order number at registration to display on the roll hoop in tech line.
Quick Registration Reminders:
- Teams should come with Fast Track Rosters printed and completed.
- Teams planning to attend Early Registration on Tuesday afternoon need to be prepared to drive in, paddock, register and leave. To participate in Early Registration = Team Formula SAE Transport Vehicle Must be paddocked and stays overnight.
- Teams need to remember regardless of registering Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning - DO NOT show up and wait in line prior to the site opening as it causes delays in getting MIS employees to work as well as FSAE Event Organizers and Key Volunteers.
