Although the submission is option, submitting an accumulator video helps shorten the on-site inspection process by identifying major rule violations early, allowing corrections to be made before the competition. Filming during assembly ensures a thorough yet time-efficient video, reducing the need for disassembly during inspection. Teams with well-prepared accumulators are expected to receive lower tech numbers, complete inspections faster, and help maintain a smooth inspection flow.

The deadline for submission has been extended by one week, with teams now able to submit videos from May 1st through June 2nd—no submissions will be accepted after 11:59 PM on June 2nd. Change of this deadline is now reflected online.
