*Note: The dates below for the events happening at Michigan International Speedway are TENTATIVE until the 2025 NASCAR schedule is released. If anything changes we will notify teams via the mobile app immediately.

- Registration Limits: 35 registered / 15 waitlist
Pre-Registration Will Continue!
Top placing teams overall in the 2024 season will be awarded the opportunity to register up to one week prior to registration opening to the general public. We will be granting pre-registration for the top 10 finishers for the IC Class and the top 11 for the EV Class. Additionally, the Formula Hybrid+Electric event will be included this year with pre-registration being available for the top 4 Hybrid Class and and top 5 Electric Class.
Please note: The registration is restricted to the correlating event location of the previous year. Aka, if you were a top ten placement team for IC class in 2024, you will have the ability to pre-register for the IC competition 2025 event. You may not swap classes/events.
2025 Pre-Reg Eligible Teams
General Reg Info:
- $2,800.00 USD per team
- waitlist teams do not pay until offered a registration spot
- waitlist teams must submit all required documents to maintain waitlist status
- waitlist teams will have 24 hours to accept or decline a registration list offer
- waitlist closes one month prior to event
- Payment will be expected 2 business days after your invoice has generated (~72 hours after registration secured).
- NEW & IMPORTANT - The number of team members attending onsite per team will be capped at 30 this year. Teams are welcome to have more than 30 individuals work on their vehicle throughout the year and we encourage all team members to be added to the roster on sae.org. However, the roster will not permit more than 30 individuals to be marked as "attending" for competition registration and competing onsite. Teams will only be given up to 30 wristbands and any competition swag for "attending" team members. Additional team members may plan to attend as spectators only. Please take this into account when planning travel for the season ahead!
Note, this restriction does not apply for Formula Hybrid.
