With the support of Tesla, SAE International was able to host the first Formula SAE EV Workshop at their Fremont, California location. In attendance, we had close to 300 students representing 75 universities. Student teams participated in several social networking events and two days of presentations.

Formula SAE Key Volunteer presentations touched on everything from rules knowledge, key EV data compiled over past several years to overall vehicle design and accumulator design. Tesla presenters dove deeper into some technical content like BMS, EMI and PCB Design suggested by student survey completed in June 2023
